1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AllRoutes ("the Service"), operated by ANUBRIS (Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AllRoutes is a unified AI API gateway that provides access to multiple AI model providers through a single API endpoint. The Service includes:
- API access to 400+ AI models from 60+ providers
- Intelligent routing, caching, and fallback capabilities
- Dashboard, analytics, and management tools
- Documentation and developer resources
The Service is currently in pre-launch. Features and pricing are subject to change before general availability.
3. Waitlist & Pre-Launch
By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the Service. Waitlist position does not guarantee access. The $50 free credit offer is subject to terms at the time of launch and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
4. Accounts & Access
When the Service launches, you will need to create an account to use it. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or redistribute API access without our written permission
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
6. API Usage & Rate Limits
API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse or threaten service stability. Specific rate limits are published in our documentation.
7. Pricing & Payments
Pricing details are published on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Key terms:
- Credits purchased through AllRoutes do not expire
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) usage carries no additional platform fee
- Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the property of ANUBRIS (Pvt) Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. We claim no rights to your prompts, completions, or other content processed through the API.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By default, we operate under a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy for API requests — prompts and completions are not logged unless you explicitly opt in.
10. Third-Party Providers
The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers. Each provider has its own terms of service and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any provider accessed through AllRoutes. We are not responsible for the output, availability, or policies of third-party providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANUBRIS (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI model outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANUBRIS (Pvt) Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ANUBRIS (Pvt) Ltd. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
